We take for granted a fast and as cheap delivery as possible. We have made good agreements with PostNL and international delivery services to have your order delivered to you as quickly and cheaply as possible. In addition, we work with discreet packaging because we consider the privacy of our customers very important. Want to know more about delivery times, delivery costs and our shipping method? - Within the Netherlands: Your order will be delivered free of charge from €25
- Within Europe: Your order will be delivered free of charge from €50
After order en Pay we receive your order from your products. We will then immediately process this. Do you order and pay on working days before 17:00 PM? Then your order will be packed the same day and discreetly offered to the parcel service (PostNL).
As soon as your order has been offered to the parcel service, you will receive an email from us with the track and trace code for your package. This allows you to track your package on the PostNL website and you will receive an indication of the delivery time. Deliveries in the Netherlands are provided by PostNL and generally take place the next working day between 08:30 and 19:00. See the table below for the expected delivery times abroad.
Tip: did you not receive the track and trace code? Please check your 'junk mail' or 'spam' folder. There's a good chance that the email ended up there!
We are not liable for delays that arise during or as a result of the handling of your order by the delivery service.
