Do you want to return your order at Dutch Vitals? That is very simple with us. You can return your order free of charge up to 14 days after receipt and without giving any reason. This is possible as long as the seal of your products has not been broken. Is the seal broken? Then the right of withdrawal will lapse. After receiving your products, you will be refunded the full purchase price including the original shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning your package will be fully reimbursed.
- Return your order within 14 days of receipt to: Dutch Vitals, Droogmakerij 37 G, 1851 LX Heiloo. If possible, please add an extra note with your order number and name.
- Hand in the package at a PostNL service point, have the barcode scanned and keep the return receipt.
- After we have received your products in good order, we will refund the amount due within 14 days after registration of your return.
