Ordering your supplements and other CBD products via Dutch Vitals is very easy. Exactly as you would expect! If we receive your order on working days before 17:00 PM, we will pack your order the same day and hand it over to the PostNL parcel service. More information about the delivery options and costs can be found at this page. To order your products, simply follow these steps:
Our webshop works just like an old-fashioned drugstore, but just a little easier. Instead of corridors and racks, we have website pages where you can select your favorite products and place them in your virtual shopping basket. You will find all product categories clearly arranged together on this page page. Then select a product you want and press the 'Add to cart' button. The product will then be automatically added to your shopping cart. Do you want to order the same item several times? Then adjust the number. Do you want to order multiple items? Don't worry: all products in your shopping cart are automatically saved as long as you stay on the website.
Did you find all the products you were looking for? Then click on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen. You will immediately see all products in your shopping cart and you can remove products or adjust the quantities if necessary. Would you like to continue ordering the contents of the shopping cart? Then press checkout. The checkout process will then be started.
You will see a form where you fill in your details. We need this information to process your payment and to send your package to the correct address. These are therefore the only purposes for which we use your data: your data will never be shared with third parties! Do you have a voucher code? Then you can also enter this code on this page.
Would you like to have your order delivered to an address other than the billing address? That is possible. Check the 'Ship to a different address' box and enter the address details for the delivery address.
Check all your details and click on the button 'Place order and checkout'. You will then be given the option to select your payment method. We accept all common payment methods:
- Bank transfer (e.g. via internet banking)
- Visa/Mastercard (Viva Wallet)
After selecting your payment method, the payment process starts automatically. You complete the payment by going through this process.
After completing the payment, your order is completed and you will receive a notification of your successful order. You will also automatically receive an e-mail from us containing an overview of your order and a copy of the invoice. You don't have to do anything anymore: your order will come to you automatically. Did you order on working days before 17:00 PM? Then your package will be handed over to the delivery service the same day. Did you order after 17.00:XNUMX PM? Then the package will immediately go with the delivery service the next working day. As soon as the delivery service has processed your package, you will receive an email with a track and trace code. This allows you to track your package and see when you can expect delivery.
