The safety of our customers is number one at Dutch Vitals. Our webshop is therefore optimally secured. Among other things, we have taken the following measures to allow you to shop safely:

Ordering through our webshop is very quick and easy. Have a look around in our webshop and go to the product you want to buy. Then press 'Add to cart' to place the product in your shopping cart. You determine the number of products that you place in your shopping cart. Found everything you need? Then go to the shopping cart and press 'Checkout'. Then fill in your details and press 'Place order and pay'. You then go to the extra secure payment environment and after paying your order is completed.

- For Europe: Your order will be delivered free of charge from €50
The shipping costs for smaller orders are €3,95 for shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. For more information and an overview of all shipping costs worldwide, see also the page to deliver.
It is not necessary to create an account before ordering. You can therefore also place an order with us without an account. However, it is useful to have your own account. You do not have to re-enter your details for every order. This way you can shop even faster and easier.
We accept all common payment methods. These are the following:

- Visa/Mastercard (Viva Wallet)

We deliver your order to your home free of charge if the total amount of the order exceeds €25 and you order within the Netherlands. Are you ordering outside the Netherlands, but within Europe? Then the delivery is free from an order amount of € 50
Secure! Dutch Vitals is proud of the foundation's quality mark Webshop Approval to be allowed to carry. This quality mark is your guarantee that you are dealing with a reliable and safe webshop. In order to receive this quality mark, our webshop and company have been extensively inspected for Chamber of Commerce registration, address details, customer-friendliness and technical security of the website.
You can also order from a country other than the Netherlands. In addition to all countries in Europe, we also deliver to the United States. Look for this more info about the countries where we deliver and what delivery costs apply.
All orders are shipped 100% discreetly. That is, nothing from the outside of the package reveals what is inside. We do this to optimally protect the privacy of our customers.
As soon as your order has been offered to the parcel service, you will receive an email from us with the track and trace code for your package. This allows you to track your package on the PostNL website and you will receive an indication of the delivery time.
Tip: did you not receive the track and trace code? Please check your 'junk mail' or 'spam' folder. There's a good chance that the email ended up there!

Deliveries in the Netherlands are provided by PostNL and generally take place the next working day between 08:30 and 19:00. Are you ordering from abroad? Then view this page all expected delivery times per country.
With us you can return your order up to 14 days after receipt of your order and without giving any reason. You will then be refunded the full purchase amount, including shipping costs. To do this, go to our return page and fill in the return form. You then have another 14 days to return the product. Please note that the delivery costs for the return are for your own account. Once we have received your products in good order, we will refund the purchase price and the shipping costs.
